Technical training and courses for the construction industry

Training programs that combine normative fundamentals, hands-on experience and real case studies — to reduce non-conformities and increase team productivity.

A standard only becomes quality when it reaches the job site

Companies invest in design, in specifications and in quality management systems — and then hand execution over to teams who have never heard of the standard governing the work they are doing. The result is predictable: rework, warranty service and the feeling that "the problem is the workforce". It is not. It is the gap between what the procedure requires and what the team knows.

We develop training programs for construction professionals, builders, developers, designers, site teams and warranty-service staff. The courses combine normative fundamentals, hands-on experience and real case studies, contributing to better construction processes, fewer non-conformities and higher team productivity.

Real case studies, not theory. Our courses are built from the very cases we handle in diagnosis and expert investigation — cracks that came back, facades that detached, joints that were never executed. Showing the consequence is what makes a team understand why the procedure exists.

Programs

  • Training in vertical enclosure systems — design, execution, control and inspection of clay-block and concrete-block masonry, as well as industrialized enclosure systems.
  • Light Steel Frame (LSF) training — concepts, material specification, frame assembly, interface treatment, execution control and best practices.
  • Execution and control of mortar renders — training based on the normative requirements, covering substrate preparation, application, quality control, inspection and maintenance.
  • Facades and adhered claddings — facade systems, construction detailing, movement joints, separation layers, pathology prevention and performance requirements.
  • Building pathologies — identification, analysis and diagnosis of the main pathological manifestations, including cracks, water infiltration, detachment, efflorescence and degradation of building systems.
  • Technical standards applied to construction — interpretation and practical application of the ABNT standards covering masonry, renders, facades, building performance and building inspection.
  • Quality control on site — inspection procedures, acceptance criteria, traceability, checklist development and monitoring of execution processes.
  • Customized training — content tailored to the needs of the company, the project or the technical team.

Formats

In-person, remote or hybrid, with open-enrollment classes or in-company delivery. In the in-company formats, the content is adjusted to the company's own construction system, procedures and recurring problems — including sessions held on site, on the work actually being executed.

Frequently asked questions

Questions about technical training and courses

Are the courses in-person or online?

Both. We work in in-person, remote or hybrid formats, with open-enrollment or in-company classes. For execution-related content, we recommend at least one in-person module — preferably on site, on the actual work.

Do you adapt the content to our company's reality?

Yes, and it is the format that delivers the most results. In customized training, we start from the company's own procedures, construction system and recurring problems — often using its own warranty-service cases as course material.

Who is the training aimed at?

It varies by program: site and design engineers and architects, technicians, foremen, site supervisors, quality and warranty-service teams, and also purchasing and procurement teams when the topic is material specification.

Do participants receive a certificate?

Yes. Certificates of participation are issued at the end, and the contracting company receives a training report with the participant assessments — a useful document for the quality management system.
